Ordering & Shipping

We ship from Singapore! Local orders typically arrive within 1-3 business days. International shipping takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. We'll send you tracking info as soon as your camera is on its way.

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Most countries are covered, but if you don't see yours, reach out and we'll figure something out.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayNow (for Singapore), and PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Camera Condition

We use a simple 3-tier system:

  • Mint: Like-new condition. Minimal signs of use, if any. Everything works perfectly.
  • Excellent: Light wear (small scratches on body), but fully functional. This is most of our inventory.
  • Good: Visible wear and cosmetic imperfections, but 100% functional. Great for first-timers who want to save.

Absolutely! Every camera goes through our testing checklist: power on/off, all buttons, zoom, flash, autofocus, image quality, LCD condition, and battery life. We only sell cameras that pass all tests.

Each camera comes with:

  • The camera (obviously 📷)
  • A working battery (charged and ready)
  • A wrist strap
  • A memory card (at least 1GB, sometimes more)

Original boxes, chargers, and cables are included when available, but not guaranteed.

Returns & Support

We offer a 7-day return window from delivery. If you're not happy with your camera or it's not as described, contact us and we'll sort it out. Returns are free for defective items. For change-of-mind returns, buyer covers return shipping.

Oh no! Take photos of the damage and email us at hello@digicam.sg within 48 hours of delivery. We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. We pack our cameras really well, so this almost never happens, but we've got you covered if it does.

We offer a 30-day functionality guarantee. If your camera stops working within 30 days of purchase (and it's not from drops or water damage), we'll replace it or refund you. After 30 days, we can still help with repairs for a small fee.

Using Your Camera

Great question! You have a few options:

  • SD Card Reader: Get a USB-C or Lightning SD card reader for your phone. Pop the card in, import photos. Easy!
  • Computer: Connect the camera via USB or use a card reader, then transfer to your phone via cloud or cable.
  • USB-OTG: Some Android phones can connect directly to the camera via USB-OTG adapter.

We recommend the card reader method—it's the fastest!

Most cameras use SD or SDHC cards. Cards up to 32GB work with nearly all our cameras. Some older models max out at 2GB or 4GB—we note this in the product description. Pro tip: Smaller cards = fewer photos per card = more intentional shooting!

Yes! Here are our top tips:

  • Turn flash ON, even in daylight—gives that authentic Y2K look
  • Shoot in lower resolution for grainier images
  • Don't worry about perfect focus—the blur is part of the charm
  • Embrace low light—the noise is beautiful
  • Enable the date stamp for extra nostalgia
